Radio Silence

While hiking, I can only upload new pictures, videos, and posts when I have internet access. And there are lots of places on the Arizona Trail where internet access is not available or to weak to upload content. So don't be alarmed if I only post intermittently. Hopefully when I get to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon or worst case, Flagstaff, I can schedule several posts so while I hike the next section of the trail I'll be telling you about the previous section.

But there is another way you can check to see if I'm still alive when there are no new blog posts. For the first time, I am carrying a GPS device that will upload my location on-trail throughout the day and you can access a map showing my current location using the button below.

Click Me!
The map only shows the most recent "track" by default.
If you want to see all tracks, click the "View All Tracks"
button in the upper right-hand corner of the map.

By the time this post goes live on my blog, I should be halfway to the Grand Canyon, but you already know that because you pressed the GARMIN button above and can see my tracks on the map.

Thanks for following along!
